I personally thought Batman Begins is the best Batman movie I've seen. I loved it. They made Batman a very practical Batman. Batman and his gadgets just made sense. I'm not saying this movie is better than the '89 movie though. Acutally, I believe those two movies don't compare. They're both great films, but two very different films.
Anyways, I forgot what I was really going to say.
Discuss Batman Begins.

Good flick! I caught it a few days ago. I liked how it did made sence more than the previous movies. Its still a comic book movie so there are going to be parts of it that you have to use your imagination but thats what I like about these type of films. Anyway, i had sort of high expectations going in and they were all met, I would say that makes for a good film. 2 thumbs up!

I hear people bitching about the new Batmobile too much. It's a good looking car. It's more practical than having some damn weird sleek eye sore rolling down the road. Might as well have a sign above it saying "Batman inside! Kill me!"

lol! Its still pretty conspicuous but yeah I agree that its better than any of the other batmobiles as far as being practical.
I wish they had done more with scarecrow. They made him seem like he was going to be larger than he ended up being.

I'm almost sure they'll use him again in the sequel.
Atleast the didn't kill him off like they used to do in all those other dumbass Batman movies.
You just aren't supposed to kill those characters off.

I always thought that too! Killing the Joker in the burton version was one of my small gripes about the movie. Its the Joker... he and Batman are supposed to be in a neverending battle! I did like how they set up the new movie for a sequel using the Joker. I was talking with someone the other day and they were hoping Jack would do the role again but I think I would like to see someone else go for it.

this is a whole new take on the series, so you can't have jack. how's he going to live up to the previous performance anyway? it has to have someone else.

They're definately not using Jack again. They don't want the new Batman movies anything like the old ones.
There are a few people being considered for the part. One suprising person is Mark Hamill. He did the voice of the Joker on the Batman cartoon. I think he'd do pretty good. I doubt we'll know who's reallying playing the Joker anytime soon.

Yeah, no Jack! I loved what he did but I want to love where someone else can take the Joker as well. Mark Hamill could be a good choice and I liked what he did on the animated series but there is probably someone better. Maybe Bruce Campbell! lol

I don't think they would ever put Bruce Campbell in this movie. Although I can imagine him playing a good Joker. He's got the face for it. Well, I guess the next two times we'll see him in theaters again is in Spider-man 3 and Evil Dead 4.

That would be awesome if that actually happened. Bruce is coming to town in August for his new book and you bet your ass I'm going to get an autographed copy.

The 29th of August. I've been having fun coming up with uber nerd questions to ask him.

Lol. I wonder how much his book is. I wonder if it would cost anything to get an autograph from him.
